Frequently asked questions
What kind of photos or video should I upload?
Clear, well-lit shots of the subject from several angles work best. A short video walking around the subject is ideal. We'll let you know if we need more.
Do I pay before seeing the 3D model?
No. You get a 3D preview first. Production starts only after you approve the model and confirm your order.
Can I ask for changes to the model?
Yes. Request revisions from the preview screen. We'll update the model and send it back for your approval.
How long does it take?
It depends on size, glaze and the factory's queue. You'll see an estimated timeline before you approve, and you can track progress throughout.
What happens to my photos?
Your uploads are used only to create your model and fulfil your order. They are never sold or shared beyond the factory making your piece.
